Hassle-Free Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 15 days for a refund, credit or exchange a 25% restocking fee applies.

Return Policy

  • Contact our Customer Service Team at info@casabiancafurniture.com within 15 days of product delivery for a RGA.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and received in like-new condition.
  • Return shipping expenses, repacking or any related shipping costs is solely the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Custom orders and special orders as noted at time of purchase cannot be returned.
  • Clearance and open box items are sold as "Final Sale" and are not returnable.
  • Delivery shipping fees cannot be reimbursed.
  • Products shipped outside the contiguous United States are not returnable.

Prompt Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we will issue a credit to your credit card within seven days. Depending on your creditor's policies, it may take up to 5 business days after this for the credit to appear.

Replacements

In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, call us immediately to coordinate a replacement.
